Your contribution
In this versatile role, you will work on the development of (optical) laboratory devices for medical technology.- Planning, development, optimization, and maintenance of firmware for existing and new products in the field of laboratory analysis instruments.
- Your activities cover the entire development cycle, from the idea to the concept phase, specification, design, coding including documentation, to support and any error analysis.
- Working in a team and in close cooperation with other disciplines such as software, electronics, mechanics, optics, or motion control.
Your profile
We are not just looking for expertise: We are looking for people who can put their passion and talent into practice with us.- Bachelor's/Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or mechatronics (university/university of applied sciences)
- Sound know-how in embedded software programming
- Solid programming skills in C required, programming skills in C# and C++, as well as embedded Linux is an advantage
- Experience with real-time operating systems and various communication protocols (I²C, SPI, CAN, USB etc.)
- Experience with continuous integration and unit testing
- Experience in control and drive technology
- Experience in signal analysis and signal processing
- Ideally experience in medical technology (development according to IEC 62304)
- Working in an international company
