IT Support Specialist (m/w/d)
Eingebunden in ein internationales IT-Team innerhalb der EMEA-Region sind Sie für die Erbringung einer Vielzahl lokaler IT-Dienstleistungen, einschließlich der Wartung von IT-Hardware und Netzwerkkomponenten, 3rd-Level-Benutzersupport, Service Desk und Support für lokale Netzwerk-/Infrastrukturanwendungen, an unserem Standort Guntramsdorf verantwortlich.
IHRE ROLLE & VERANTWORTUNG- Verantwortung auf operativer Ebene für die Gewährleistung einer funktionierenden IT- Infrastruktur und qualitativer IT-Dienstleistungen innerhalb der DACH Region
- Gewährleistung folgender Aufgaben der Support Level 1, 2 und 3:
- First Level Support - Benutzerorientiert
- Second Level Support - Benutzer und Infrastruktur im Mittelpunkt
- Third Level Support - Infrastruktur im Mittelpunkt
- Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Support-Organisation, die die SLA- und Zielvorgaben erfüllt
- Erfüllung der implementierten SLAs gemäß den Vorgaben der ITSM-Organisation
- Einhaltung der Standards und bewährten Verfahren der Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) gemäß den Vorgaben der ITSM-Organisation
- Aufbau und Pflege der Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern sowie Sicherstellung einer prägnanten Kommunikation mit Endnutzern und zwischen den Teams
- Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Infrastructure RUN-Teammitgliedern, Ansprechpartner für IT Infrastructure Run innerhalb der EMEA, Central Cluster sowie anderer Cluster für den Austausch bewährter Verfahren
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams für die ordnungsgemäße Unterstützung innerhalb des Central Clusters, der Bereitstellung von Anlagen und der SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)
- Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder sonstige einschlägige Branchenerfahrung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre in einer ähnlichen Funktion, Erfahrung mit ITIL
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit ServiceNow (oder anderen gleichwertigen ITSM-Tools) inkl. Erledigung und Fehlerbehebung von Vorfällen und Serviceanfragen (Fern- und Vor-Ort-Support)
- Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung eines hochwertigen Kundensupports, ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Profilierte Betriebs- und Ausführungserfahrungen (say-do)
- Selbstständig, proaktiv und kooperativ
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch (C1)
- Reisebereitschaft und Zusammenarbeit der Teams bei Bedarf
