What to do:

• Maintain and modernize existing securities processing platform, from Front-Office (trading solution) to Back-Office (settlement systems).
• Integrating mainframe environments with modern decentral architecture.
• Analysis of business requirements, derive technical specifications to trigger implementation.
• Support the testing team during preparation and execution of test cases.
• Reconcile changes with the stakeholders.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and guide teammates.

You check these boxes:

• Requirements management & engineering (inclusive cost, effort estimation).
• Solution and data modelling.
• Workflow analysis & design (As-Is & To-Be process design).
• Sound domain knowledge in securities trading, banking industry.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Experience with Cobol, DB2 and CICS on z/OS would be an advantage.
• Used to work with agile software development teams.
• Ability to receive and give constructive feedback.
• Analytical and structured thinking.
• Communication with other teams.
• Agile mindset, Scrum, KANBAN.

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 52.136,-- gross per year.
