How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• Understanding the different project management frameworks that are used across the business and their associated challenges
• Assisting your direct leader, design and deliver a project to establish an international project management framework including supporting guidance, tools and processes that will drive value for the organisation
• As part of your day to day activity you will implement the above as a unified project management framework across the business, working closely with colleagues across the globe and in different functions
• Once the project management office has transitioned from a project team to a business as usual operation post rollout, your tasks will revolve around project portfolio management and maintenance of the framework

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

• You have completed university degree
• Ideally you have certifications in project management
• As an expert in project management you have several years of relevant work experience in the field of project management and portfolio management
• Excellent technical knowledge combined with a drive for consistent execution of decisions and a practical approach to translating theory into action
• You are business-fluent in English
• You are very strong at analytical and execution skills
• Commercial-oriented way of thinking and solution-oriented way of working defines you
