What to expect:
- Apply data science and machine learning in UNIQA's risk assessments and to improve data quality.
- Automate processes and reporting by programming with state-of-the-art software.
- Develop and deploy Research & Development projects into live operational systems Group-wide.
- Engage in the topic of natural catastrophe risks and modelling.
- Validate, calibrate, and build new models for natural catastrophe risks, as well as refine existing models.
- Attend seminars and conferences to stay current with the latest research and market developments in catastrophe management.
- Work in a vibrant and innovative environment.
We expect:
- You have a master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics or any other quantitative study
- You enjoy coding and are proficient in at least one of these languages: Python, R, SQL
- You speak English fluently with excellent language skills
- You're all about teamwork, motivation, and continuous learning
- You've got German skills? Even better!
