• Final review of documents such as loan agreements, suretyships, and guarantees
• Preparation and management of collateral documents like mortgages and pledges
• Drafting and processing release documents for collaterals
• Conducting corporate capacity checks for borrowers and guarantors
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents and informing relevant departments of any discrepancies
• Managing missing documentation and providing regular reports
• Monitoring and renewing insurance policies related to collaterals
• Handling legal opinions regarding cash-covered loans, including processing and reporting
• Checking credit approval conditions against collateral report data
• Performing periodic reviews of agreements and collateral documents in the Bank's safe (at least once a year)
• Archiving all signed documents both electronically and physically

• Ongoing or completed studies with a focus on financial, economic, business or related field
• Valid work permit in Austria
• Basic understanding of MS Office
• Service-oriented thinking and behavior
• Proficiency in English and Turkish, German at least B1
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and take initiative independently
