Your future job- Develop and execute long-term product strategies, launch products, and refine innovations with stakeholder alignment.
- Create and enhance global marketing materials and communication plans.
- Track market trends and competitor actions.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams for smooth product delivery.
- Showcase expertise at global congresses and events.
- Foster connections with customers, KOLs, and sales partners.
- Deliver impactful product training to teams and partners.
- University degree in marketing, natural sciences or economics
- Several years of professional experience in brand management, ideally in the field of medical technology, pharmaceuticals or aesthetic medicine
- Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with a creative mindset
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (other languages an advantage)
- Organisational skills as well as a proactive and solution-oriented way of working
- International experience and enjoy working in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for direct dialogue with customers and partners worldwide

We offer- Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week - the minimum gross salary according to the CA is EUR 58.199,96 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
