MANAGEMENT OF ON PREMISE FESTIVAL AND EVENT KEY ACCOUNTS
In this role, you'll oversee daily operations with key festival partners, serving as Red Bull's brand ambassador across departments. You'll lead the execution of partnership agreements, acting as the primary link between festival organizers and the local market, and manage contracts with key partners in close collaboration with global legal teams.Additionally, you'll organize and host international partner meetings, including ideation sessions and exclusive Red Bull experiences to drive collaboration and innovation. Owning and implementing the local strategy to boost Red Bull's presence and activations at festivals, you'll contribute to the overall On Premise Business Plan.
Regular tracking, evaluation, and reporting on event activities, along with monitoring market trends to uncover new business opportunities, are essential elements of this dynamic position.
INCREASE RED BULL FOOTPRINT AT KEY FESTIVALS
In this role, you'll leverage Red Bull's global event portfolio alongside local markets, ensuring the best assets are aligned with partner festivals. You'll develop on-premise marketing activations that boost consumer engagement and drive product consumption, collaborating with brand marketing to create impactful activations and national campaigns that elevate Red Bull's presence at key festivals and events.Sharing global best practices to inspire innovation, you'll work closely with teams across departments--brand, culture, sports, and Red Bull Media Network--to maximize impact. Additionally, you'll train on-premise teams to deliver exceptional activations at events.
EVENT INNOVATION
You'll co-create, develop, and deliver Red Bull events in partnership with key festival stakeholders, working closely with markets to introduce innovative events that boost consumption and enhance Red Bull's relevance. By strategically aligning with key partners, you'll play a vital role in strengthening Red Bull's global partnerships.
EFFECTIVE NETWORK AND INDUSTRY MARKETING
You'll build and maintain a robust network of promoters, influencers, national decision-makers, and local scene experts. By applying industry-leading marketing strategies, you'll strengthen relationships with key figures and deepen Red Bull's presence in the event industry.
EMBODYING THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE
You'll embody the Red Bull On Premise culture by demonstrating the "Art of Musketeering" in all actions, with a "can-do" attitude that turns challenges into opportunities as well as represent the Red Bull brand and product actively within the team and the On Premise network, ensuring that premium brand standards are upheld and Red Bull's core values shine through every festival and event activity.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English. Other languages advantageous, but not required
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or consumer event experience
- In-depth knowledge of the On Premise and event marketing
- Strong event and festival industry knowledge
- Existing and strong network within the festival and events industry
- Excellent planning and project management abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to cultivate a team environment
- Festival contracting experience and the ability to work with multiple partners on contract details
- Creative mind
- Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and training abilities
- Willing to work weekends and at nights
- Travel: 30-40 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.717 gross per month.
