To strengthen our motivated Group Information Management team at our headquarters in Vienna or Heidenheim, we are looking for a passionate IT Governance Consultant (m/f/d).
Your Role- You will work closely with our experienced IT Governance team and support in the area of IT Governance and IT Controlling
- You prepare and create management presentations, reports, analyses, as well as communications towards the IM employees and management team
- You support the monitoring and controlling of IT projects and services and help in the creation of IT controlling reports and dashboards
- You support the Vendor Management with purchase orders
- You assist in the development, maintenance and implementation of IT controlling guidelines and methods
- You update yourself on further developments of IT applications, infrastructure, security and architecture in the IM organization
- You have completed your studies in the field of business informatics, informatics or comparable qualification
- You have gained first experience in IT Governance, IT Controlling is an advantage
- You are a dynamic, ambitious and analytical person with the ability to simplify and summarize complex topics and prepare them in a target-group oriented manner
- You are an advanced user in Microsoft Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
- You have excellent communication skills in spoken and written German and English (C-Level)
