We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our international HR team , reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this critical functional expertise role, you will spearhead the development of innovative programs and strategies aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering high levels of employee engagement.If you are passionate about talent development, employer branding, and building a diverse, high-performing workforce, this opportunity is for you!
This position is a competence center role that focuses on the strategic development and professionalization of our global HR.
Tasks
Talent Development: Designing and managing programs that develop employees’ skills, career paths, and leadership potential. This includes succession planning, training initiatives, etc.Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with local HR/recruitment functions to establish the global standards & guidelines for identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent for current and future business needs.
Employer Branding: Building and developing a strong employer brand to attract high-quality talent and increase employee satisfaction.Performance Management: Overseeing processes that assess employee performance and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Retention and Engagement: Developing strategies to keep employees engaged and motivated, including initiatives for recognition, job titles, career progression, etc.
Diversity and Inclusion: Ensuring the talent pipeline is diverse and inclusive.
KPI’s - Monitor and report on key talent related metrics
Skills
5+ years of professional experience in talent management functions.Project Management & Change Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives; Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage resources effectively; Capability to drive change.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with different stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Use of metrics to assess the success of talent management programs and retention efforts. Excel and ppt advanced knowledge a must.
Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying challenges related to workforce development, retention, or engagement and developing creative solutions.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to business changes and flexibility to work across different teams, cultures, and geographies.
Experience in private equity environment desired.

The minimum salary for this position is € 3,526,23 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). A significant overpayment in line with your qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
