Specialist Marketing Communications (f/m/d)
To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a passionate, talented and experienced Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team and drive our marketing and brand appearance to the next level. You will focus on creative concepts and campaigns to shape and implement our brand promise globally.If you are passionate about driving business results through innovative marketing communication, you are at the right place.
Your responsibilities- Development, planning, production and implementation of go-to-market, event and brand concepts and campaigns to effectively communicate and promote our brand identity, values and positioning in the market
- Leading of content and messaging creations across multiple platforms (digital, social media, print and events) to engage and inspire our target audience
- Close cooperation with our agency and third-party network to lift our campaigns to a new level of creativity and professionalism
- Strong collaboration with our global marketing and communications teams to ensure guidance, governance and a consistent implementation in all markets
- Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
- Several years of proven experience in marketing & communication, with a track record of developing and implementing successful concepts and campaigns in a similar role in an international environment
- Project management skills; agency experience is a plus
- State-of-the-art understanding of strategic marketing, communication skills in the intercultural context and team spirit
- Fluent English skills, German skills are a plus; willingness to travel (max. 20%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
