How you'll make your mark
Your main tasks in this role are: Providing 2nd level and field support for users on site via the ticket system is one of your main tasks
Installing, configuring and issuing IT hardware as well as handling guarantees complements your area of activityYou will create documentation for 1st level support and end users
You will actively support system implementations and user training
You enjoy working closely with national and international IT departments
Your profile
The requirements of the role include: You have completed training with an IT focus (apprenticeship, technical college or Higher Technical Education Institute)
You have good written and spoken German and English skillsKnowledge of IT hardware, MS operating systems and office software is an advantage
You are characterized by a hands-on mentality and the ability to prioritize
You have a service-oriented, committed and reliable personality, with a self-confident demeanor

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 41.400*- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
