For our subsidiary Funstage, we are currently searching for a customer support agent (f/m/d, full-time) who will take care of our online gaming platforms and apps to support our customers via email, chat and on social media.

Your tasks
  • Focus is on email, live chat and Facebook support of our gaming platforms websites and apps
  • Only inbound support and in written form (no phone calls)
  • Explain the games and the game rules
  • Assist customers completing purchases
  • Solve interpersonal problems
  • Technical support (e.g., explain how to delete cookies or perform software updates)
  • Comment on app store reviews
  • Participation in different projects
  • Monday until Friday as working days, no shifts
Your profile
  • Experience with customer support is an advantage
  • Very good PC-skills (typing and usage of different tools)
  • German writing skills: C1 or higher is mandatory
  • English writing skills: B2 or higher is mandatory
  • Spanish writing skills is a big plus
