Join us as Regulatory Affairs Support (working student) and you'll be responsible to support the registration, renewal, and post-authorization variation processes for medicinal products, as well as handling procedures for medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements.

You have finished or are close to finishing your university degree and are ready to start your professional career? For our location in Vienna, we are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Support (all genders), full-time (38.5 hours) to assist the Austrian regulatory affairs team to ensure compliance of the existing CHC portfolio.

This position is limited to 2 years

Main responsibilities:

  • Support for the lifecycle management of existing portfolio in Austria (medicinal products Rx and OTC, cosmetics, food supplements and medical devices)
  • Regulatory database maintenance
  • Contribution to updating and reviewing the product information (SmPC/Patient leaflet/Labeling)
  • Support for the update and review of artworks
  • Management of health authority portal updates
  • Organization of administrative documents (PoA, CPP, etc.)
  • Participation in and coordination of regulatory projects
About you
  • Experience: First experiences in working in a pharma or medical device company would be an advantage
  • Soft and technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office package and interest in working with database systems, accurate and precise working attitude, strong time management and prioritization skills, team player and good communication skills as well as good project management and organizational skills
  • Education: University degree in pharmacy or other life science discipline such as Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, etc. is preferred
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English

We offer an independent and exciting job in which you will gain insight into the regulatory department and other departments of a globally successful healthcare company. The salary in this position is set at €2.800 (gross on a full-time basis).
