Position
Senior Software Developer – Full Stack
o Manage databases using My SQL and optimize performance for high-traffic applications.
o Implement CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes using Azure Dev Ops.
o Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems.
o Manage customer demands and transformation into implementation items.
o Define technical requirements and provide accurate effort estimations for new features.
o Experience with version control tools like Git and build automation platforms like Azure Dev Ops.
o Solid understanding of software development best practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
o Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure.
o Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
o Proven 3 years of experience as a lead developer with practice in management of development teams.
o Experience in management of customer demands and transformation into implementation items.
o Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle complex challenges.
o Clear, transparent communication and a collaborative attitude.
o Passion for developing high-quality software solutions and staying up to date with industry trends.
o Experience in architectural design of Saa S applications.

Job Description
Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Software Developer with a passion for backend and frontend development? We are looking for a driven professional to take ownership of key development tasks and contribute to the design and implementation of robust web applications.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, stability, and performance across our platforms.
Core Responsibilities: § Development
o Design, develop, and maintain web application features using Java, Spring Framework, and React.o Manage databases using My SQL and optimize performance for high-traffic applications.
o Implement CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes using Azure Dev Ops.
o Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems.
o Maintain version control using Git, and actively participate in code reviews and refactoring efforts.
§ Implementation Management
o Collaborate / manage internal and external teams to ensure high code quality, security, and alignment with project goals.o Manage customer demands and transformation into implementation items.
o Define technical requirements and provide accurate effort estimations for new features.
o Manage the release cycle and ensure smooth product delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your Qualifications: § Technical Skills
o Hands-on experience with My SQL database design and optimization.o Experience with version control tools like Git and build automation platforms like Azure Dev Ops.
o Solid understanding of software development best practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
o Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure.
o Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
o Experience with other frontend frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.
§ Skills & Experience
o Proven 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and frontend technologies like React.o Proven 3 years of experience as a lead developer with practice in management of development teams.
o Experience in management of customer demands and transformation into implementation items.
o Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle complex challenges.
o Clear, transparent communication and a collaborative attitude.
o Passion for developing high-quality software solutions and staying up to date with industry trends.
o Experience in architectural design of Saa S applications.
o Fluent in English and German.
