We've developed PMO standards and taken the first concrete steps; however, the overall framework is still under development and has to be implemented as a next step. That's why we're looking for an experienced PMO expert to lead the way and bring structure, strategy, and impact to life.

• Implementing and establishing the Project Management Office (PMO) while continuously developing and enhancing project management processes, standards, and guidelines to improve delivery and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Defining and optimizing KPIs and prioritization criteria to enable standardized, transparent, and efficient project and portfolio management.
• Advising executives on project prioritization and resource planning in the corporate center and in global subsidiaries.
• Monitoring project portfolio performance with a focus on alignment with corporate strategy.
• Supporting corporate strategy implementation through reporting, documentation, and executive presentations.

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in project and portfolio management, ideally within an industrial company or in a management consulting environment
• Experience in building or managing a PMO will be an asset to the role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Structured, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Problem-solving ability with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Our Offer

This position offers a gross annual salary starting from EUR 64,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
