- Implementation, operation, and continuous enhancement of the BCM system
- Design, development, and facilitation of risk analyses and business impact assessments for critical business processes
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation, guidelines, contingency concepts, and business continuity plans in accordance with applicable regulations
- Organization and coordination of emergency drills and crisis simulations
- Development and delivery of BCM training sessions and ongoing awareness initiatives

- Completed education - ideally with a focus on "Business Continuity," "Information Technology," "Process Management," or a similar qualification
- Several years of practical experience in the field of Business Continuity Management
- Knowledge of alerting software and ServiceNow is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and a passion for developing creative and sustainable solutions
- High self-motivation and the ability to independently and systematically tackle complex tasks
- Strong communication skills and a talent for aligning and coordinating different interests in a goal-oriented manner
- Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary exchange and continuous dialogue with internal departments, as well as external partners and supplier
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 60.000,-. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
