Your tasks
During the 18 months trainee program starting in October 2024 you will gain insights, take on first responsibilities, grow into your future role and become an expert for- technical support of sales teams for our flexible packaging products in food & non-food sectors
- interface between customers and our internal departments (R&D, Quality Assurance, Paper Production)
- observation of flexible packaging industry sector and market, detection of trends and deduction of relevant information for our portfolio
- documentation and management of our product portfolio (product modifications, product development)
- claim handling
- university degree in technical studies (e.g. process engineering, chemical engineering,…) or in business administration combined with technical education such as Austrian HTL (Höhere technische Lehranstalt)
- strong interest in paper industry and our products and desire for learning and growing within our industry
- very good analytical technical skills
- excellent English and German language as well as communication skills
- being part of a trainee community within delfort, kick off and closing meeting with all delfort trainees at headquarters
- exciting tasks, on-the-job hardskill & softskill trainings
- international job rotations (max. 6 months in total) within delfort to our paper mills in Hungary and Finland
- general support with accomodation, tax, language training etc. if needed
- transition into planned role in product management after trainee program
