Starting promptly

• Drafting, revising and negotiating various national and international contracts for all business units
• Providing legal advice to business units in company related legal matters (contract- and commercial law, liability topics, NDAs, employment law etc.)
• Support in legal compliance, Corporate Governance and data protection matters
• Legal support and coordination for all corporate activities (Corporate Housekeeping) and for M&A projects (national and international)
• Cooperation with authorities and ministries / interface function with external law firms

• Completed law studies at an Austrian university
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the legal industry or in a law firm
• German at native language level
• Proficiency in business English
• Communication/organizational skills, resilient, ability to work in a team, strong interest in an international working environment
• Completed bar exam and /or post graduate studies advantageous

• All In salary starting at EUR 70.000,- per year on a full-time basis, depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer a market-oriented overpayment
