Controlling Process & Change Manager (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Process and Change Manager within Group Controlling, you will analyse current processes to identify areas of improvement and develop innovative, future-proof concepts
- In your role you will collaborate with international stakeholders to discuss and align on processes and change initiatives
- This includes the preparation and execution of comprehensive change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes
- You will support efforts to establish the Holding as a Global Governance Setter for Financial Controlling, ensuring that best practices are consistently followed across the organization
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have got several years of experience working in Strategy, Consulting or in the Strategy Department of a corporate organisation
- You have completed your degree in business administration, economics or finance
- You are a strategic thinker with a passion for process optimisation and change management, demonstrating a proven track record in these areas within a corporate environment
- You bring specialised qualifications and experience in process management methodologies
- You possess strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to problem-solving
- You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels
- You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with international stakeholders
- You are fluent in English

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 104.350*- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
