Ihre neue Herausforderung- The goal of this function is to develop, maintain and promote the CRM system in Separation as main tool for the sales phase together with the Separation locations and the global IT department
- Running roll-outs / integration of CRM to newly acquired companies, the development of new functionalities, streamlining and automation of related business processes as well as the maintenance of a high level of data quality and analytics/reporting
- Development and management oftraining concepts and materialCollaboration with relevant stakeholders to improve relevant CRM applications
- Manage further development and implementation of Configure - Price - Quote CRM application
- Consolidate CRM training needs in the organization
- Drive the further development of Reporting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, IT or similar
- Some years of experience in either B2B marketing or experience with CRM system(s)
- IT affinity and basic technical understanding, industry know-how
- Fluent Communication skills in English and German
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Process-oriented thinking and problem-solving skills
