KERN CEF Trainers:

• are native or near-native speakers in their language of instruction
• have a university degree, or equivalent qualification
• are charismatic and communicative
• have career-relevant training experience, such as in general business language or skills such as telephoning, emailing, socialising, or presentations
• Additional training or certification in language teaching methodology (e.g. CELTA, Da F) is an advantage.
