Responsibilities- Business Analysis
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements.
- Process Mapping: Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
- Solution Design: Develop and propose business solutions to enhance performance.
- Rollout Management
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive rollout plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the rollout.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Training and Support: Coordinate training sessions and provide support to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in project management tools and software and familiarity with ERP systems, MES systems, data analysis tools, and business process modeling software.

For this position we offer a minimum payment of 57,600 EUR /year, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offered overpay.
