Global Raw Material Management is a dynamic and technical department established to drive efficiency and innovation in our global raw material portfolio. The main objective is to provide expert technical support to internal stakeholders, conduct in-depth analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities, and unlock synergies across the company.
Tasks
Analyze and manage the global raw material portfolio to ensure optimal efficiency and qualityLead and execute technical projects on an international level
Collaborate closely with local and global raw material management teams, R&D, procurement, and quality management to align strategies and processes
Support the procurement department in adapting to market trends and fluctuations
Act as an expert for all raw material-related inquiries and decisions
Develop, implement, and monitor globally aligned processes
Consolidate and harmonize raw materials across regions
Identify synergies for cost optimization and portfolio improvement
Skills
Technical degree with a focus on the food industry (e.g., food engineering, a master’s in food technology, or an equivalent qualification)Initial work experience in the food industry is an advantage
Good Excel skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
Experience in project management
Very good English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage
High willingness to travel internationally
