Head of Press and Communications (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are seeking a full-time Head of Press and Communications to join our team. The selected candidate will lead and oversee all international and regional public relations activities.

Working Style: Office-based

• Manage all press inquiries and related communication, serving as the primary point of contact for partners, media, stylists, and other external stakeholders while nurturing existing relationships and actively pursuing new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with production, sales teams, and wholesale partners, managing requests in coordination with our Sales Agency.
• Coordinate celebrity requests and gifting campaigns with our LA-based Press Office.
• Draft press materials, newsletters, and track online coverage.
• Create digital line sheets for the sales campaign using our tools Zedonk and Joor.
• Create brand training materials and organize digital training sessions for retail partners, fostering strong communication to optimize these relationships.
• Organize and manage production for lookbooks, e-commerce, and other shoots, as well as provide support for external events.
• Arrange and coordinate travel for our CEO, creatives, and models, and coordinate team and studio activities, including weekly meetings.

• Full proficiency in German and English (spoken and written); proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
• Highly motivated, with a hands-on mentality and an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
