Location: Schaftenau, Austria
As the Finance Head of the Operations site DS Schaftenau, you are leading an international BPA team to improve quality and speed of decision-making based on solid financial data and calculations.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial performance and KPIs for the site as well as Infrapark with close collaboration with Site Head, site functions as well as with global Operations functions
- Drive financial performance to meet site targets
- Support and development of Strategic Plans and implementation of initiatives in order to further improve cost performance, productivity and operational excellence
- Lead site finance team and develop financial capabilities and talents
- Improve quality and speed of decision making based on solid financial data and calculations
- Drive proactivity and forward-looking performance management
- Strong business partnering with Site Head and functions
- Owns financial Forecasting, Planning and Target process for the Site
- Assure accounting and reporting correctness, assure internal controls in place
- Financial support on Site business cases and project endorsement and execution
Key Requirements:
- University degree in business, economics or similar
- Professional level of English, both written & spoken, knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Strong Finance background, ideally withing manufacturing
- Exceptional communication, project management and analytical skills paired with strong leadership capabilities

For this position the minimum salary is € 80.433,64/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
