How you'll make your mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• As a Legal Project & Contract Management Assistant, you perform administrative and project-related tasks
• You communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including communication with suppliers, Group Legal department, Buying Teams, legal advisors and other departments
• In this role you coordinate and actively take part in the negotiation of legal contracts and legal projects
• You organise and drive projects forward, you are responsible for the creation of concepts and development of solutions for the handling of different projects
• You independently maintain databases and collect and analyse data
• Preparing presentation documents is essential in the role
• You conduct general research and administrative tasks, such as ensuring complete project documentation and scheduling meetings

Your profile

The requirements of the role include:

• As a Legal Project & Contract Management Assistant, you have completed or actively pursuing law or business-oriented studies
• Ideally, you possess initial work experience in the field of law and/or Project Management
• You bring your experience with handling a PC (especially MS-Office tools) with you
• You have excellent English skills
• Your reliable, structured and independent way of working are your strong points
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking describe you
• You communicate confidently with people of diverse professional and personal backgrounds
