Marketing Manager (f/m)

Job Description:

• Full responsibility for strategic and operational marketing, including internal and external communication
• Execution of product, brand, and trade marketing, as well as PR, content, and social media marketing
• Ensuring an impactful and innovative brand presence (360 Above- and Below-the-line)
• Planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing and media plans
• Operational management of the website and webshop
• Continuous development of the brand
• Management of agencies and creative service providers
• Leadership and development of the marketing team (3 members)
• Budget responsibility, reporting, and regular analysis of key performance indicators

Hard Skills:

• Completed degree (University/FH) or equivalent education with a focus on marketing/communication
• Several years of relevant professional and leadership experience in marketing, advertising, or communication
• Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on mentality
• Passion for digital media with proven experience in developing and implementing content and social media campaigns, ideally with e-commerce experience
• Practical experience with digital tools and platforms such as Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and Canva
• Fluent German and English in writing and speaking
