POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Mechatronics Engineer at NORGANOID, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing cutting-edge hardware systems that support our breakthrough organoid and microfluidic technologies. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation is key, and every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
Expect to be involved in the entire product lifecycle—from concept design and prototyping to programming, testing, and troubleshooting. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers, gaining exposure to cutting-edge biomedical research while ensuring the seamless integration of hardware and software systems.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Mechatronics Engineer at NORGANOID, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing cutting-edge hardware systems that support our breakthrough organoid and microfluidic technologies. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Innovative Design: Conceptualize and develop advanced hardware components for our leading-edge organoid and microfluidic platforms.
- Prototyping: Design and build prototypes to validate hardware concepts, functionality, and performance.
- Programming: Program microcontrollers and programmable logic devices (PLDs) to seamlessly integrate hardware and software systems.
- Testing Procedures: Develop and implement rigorous testing and verification processes to ensure reliability and performance.
- Documentation: Create detailed production documents to support the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with vendors and hardware suppliers to bring new hardware designs to life, ensuring high-quality output.
- Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support to resolve hardware-related issues.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in hardware development by adhering to industry-standard processes and quality assurance procedures.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience in hardware design, prototyping, and mechatronic systems development.
- Expertise in microcontroller programming and experience with programmable logic devices (PLDs).
- Strong understanding of testing procedures, quality assurance, and hardware integration processes.
- Experience with CAD software for design and simulation tools for validation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience in providing technical support.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
