Job description
In your new role you will:
- Assit the engineering team with order handling tasks in oneSAP
- Support the entire calibration process of the lab equipment to ensure that the used equipment is fulfilling the regulations according to the mandatory standard (IATF16949)
- Design and create enganging content for information screens, including PowerPoint presentations and short videos
- Ensure that Lab4.0 is possible by enabling samples, boards and equipment to be tracked via scanner, software and database
- Be responsible for the enrollment of work safety instructions to ensure that everybody is safe in the lab areas and during the daily work
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees in the lab environment
Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or part-time (Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months
Profile
You successfully meet the requirements for this position if you are a motivated and committed bachelor student from the field of e.g. I nformatics, Mechatronics, Technical Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Economics, Business Informatics, Media & Communication or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good English skills
- Willingness to do an internship in duration of minimum 12 months
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students ([...]).
