RESPONSIBILITIES

GLOBAL ROLLOUT OF NEW GLOBAL EXECUTION TOOL
In this role, you'll be responsible for facilitating the global deployment of our new sales execution tracking tool, organizing and conducting training sessions for local key users and field force teams, and developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that promote the adoption of the new tool, ensuring a seamless transition from the current execution tracking system.
GLOBAL KEY USER FOR BUSINESS APPLICATION(s)
In this role, you'll provide 2nd level support to local Red Bull organizations on all aspects of rollout, setup, and usage of business applications. You'll develop comprehensive training materials and conduct end-user trainings as needed. Additionally, you'll support the development of our global execution tracking tool in alignment with business strategy, and manage functional and user acceptance testing for any application updates.
MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS APPLICATION(s)
You'll initiate and drive the implementation of functional enhancements for business applications. You'll gather new requirements, align them with all stakeholders, and integrate them into development projects. You'll act as the interface between the business and IT teams and coordinate project activities and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution.Additionally, you'll develop measurable project objectives and monitor progress to guarantee timely and successful project delivery.
IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT OF MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE TOOL
You'll support the transition from the current Master Data Management solution to the new SAP Master Data Governance tool as well as be responsible for ensuring effective management of sales master data, with a strong focus on maintaining data quality.You'll also provide ongoing support and training to ensure the successful adoption and usage of the new tool across the organization.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- University Degree (business, economics, mathematics, information technology or something similar) or equal practical experience
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
- Work experience preferably within a FMCG environment (ideally in the field of Business or IT)
- Proven project management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem solver with can do attitude, who can present ides as practical and workable solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, process driven and structured
- Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
- Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month.
