Associate People Services & Payroll HQ (f/m/d) from 30h/week to full time

1190 Wien Teilzeit / Vollzeit

As part of the HR team, you will support the end-to-end payroll process for AOP Health HQ, perform HR administrative tasks, and create a high level of employee experience through interaction and self-service for HR and employees.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks related to staff administration
  • Support payroll processing
  • Manage travel expenses for Austria in collaboration with the HR Executive Assistant
  • Ensure complete and up-to-date employee data is maintained in DPW for HQ employees
  • Provide general HR support to employees, answering employees' queries about HR-related issues
  • Manage and automate employment paperwork
  • Administer leave management, sick leave, vacation and other absences
  • Support payroll related settings in DPW
  • Prepare payroll related reports and analysis
  • Take on special HR projects
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • Commercial education (HAK, HBLA, Bachelor)
  • First relevant working experience in HR or payroll administration
  • Completed or beginning Certified Payroll Specialist training would be an advantage
  • Work experience with DPW a plus
  • Analytical, numerate and high level of attention to detail
  • Friendly and clear communicator
  • Independent, solution oriented with a keen-ness to continuously improve our processes
  • Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee data
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good written and spoken German and English
