PROJECT MANAGER
As a project manager, you will lead and manage cross-functional (security) projects from initial requirements gathering through to delivery and support in accordance with Red Bull's IT project management standards. In doing so, you must always ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.In order to determine project progress, you will develop targeted project plans and schedules and monitor these at regular intervals. You will also provide the teams with technical know-how and support and cooperate with the application teams in the implementation and control of projects.
PROCESS MANAGER
In this role, you will identify and implement process improvements to continuously increase the efficiency, quality and productivity of the project.To do this, you will regularly monitor project progress, manage risk and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
PARTNER MANAGEMENT
You will work with various IT departments to ensure seamless integration and communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will also moderate regular project meetings and provide up-to-date information for the management and all stakeholders.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or in a similar relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within an IT environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; PMP or similar certification is a plus
- Experience in process development and improvement
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Profound knowledge on software security
- Sophisticated communication skills in English for conveying complex information clearly and effectively, German is beneficial
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month.
