Senior Process Expert Quality Management (w/m/d)
As a Senior Process Expert in the QM Audit & Systems team, you will actively shape and drive advancements in Process & Quality Management (PQM). Your system and process expertise, combined with your hands-on mentality, will play a vital role in collaboration with our Global Process & Data Organization and Quality Management Organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, optimize, and lead the implementation of processes in systems to support current and future business models, ensuring they are effectively integrated into operations.
- Create and maintain process documentation in our global PALFINGER management system, ensuring alignment and compliance across global entities.
- Collaborate with Process Managers & Experts in defining strategies and conducting trend analyses on further enhancing our process landscape
- Build a strong network of local process experts through training and workshops, acting as a key knowledge resource globally.
- Lead change requests and support testing and training of changes to ensure process readiness during global quality management system rollouts.
- Degree in Business Management, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or extensive experience in process management or quality systems, ideally in global projects.
- Knowledge and experience with ERP Systems (ideally SAP QM module)
- Knowledge of process management methodologies, e.g. Lean Six Sigma
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- A hands-on mentality and proactive attitude to tackle challenges.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
