Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Front Office Supervisor:in to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Jos Summary:

• Supervise the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate front desk staff to provide exceptional guest service.
• Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist the Front Office Manager with scheduling, reporting, and performance reviews.

Required Skills:

• Several years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a front office or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is preferred.
• Very good German and English language skills, additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
