As our Social Media Community Manager, you'll be at the heart of our online presence, building relationships with our audience and fostering a passionate community around our brand.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Managing and growing noelle's social media communities across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Engaging daily with followers by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions to ensure a positive and active interaction.
- Creating and implementing strategies to boost engagement, increase followers, and foster brand loyalty.
- Monitoring social media trends, conversations, and sentiment to refine and optimize communication strategies.
- Collaborating with the content and creative teams to develop engaging social media campaigns that reflect noelle's brand values.
- Reporting on key community metrics and sharing insights to improve engagement and communitybuilding efforts.
- Organizing and leading fun and creative social media initiatives, challenges, and giveaways to grow our online community.
You are a pretty good candidate if you are:
- Passionate about social media and creating authentic connections with audiences.
- A strong communicator, comfortable with managing conversations, and adept at responding to comments in a professional yet fun tone.
- Proactive and able to work independently, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Familiar with the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries and up to date with the latest social media trends.
- Agile and adaptable, ready to embrace new tools and platforms in the ever-changing digital world.
What we're looking for in your experience and qualifications:
- At least three years of experience managing social media communities, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms and how to leverage them for community growth.
- Proven ability to increase engagement, grow followers, and foster brand loyalty through active community management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (other languages like German, Italian, or French are a plus).
- Knowledge of basic social media analytics tools to track engagement metrics.
