We'll look for you to:

• Handle quotations, calculations, and technical complaints
• Track the status of customer orders
• Oversee market trends and economic factors while processing customer orders
• Conduct negotiations to address customer inquiries and resolve issues

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (SD)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
• Capable of independent, goal-oriented work with strong negotiation skills, complemented by a collaborative team spirit, flexibility, and a willingness to travel
• Technical background

• Starting from EUR 40,460 gross/year for full-time employment, with overpayment possible depending on experience and qualifications.
