How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Strategic Supply Chain & Transport Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping ALDI SÜD's future supply chain network, with a strong focus on transportation
- By analysing the current supply chain, you will identify opportunities and implement solutions for process optimization
- You communicate and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
- You conduct in-depth analyses to ensure optimal integration of transport logistics in support of warehouse planning projects
- You act as an expert, staying ahead of industry trends and market developments with a focus on transportation in order to provide added value and support decision-making
- Using data supported models will assist you in optimising the future store delivery process
Candidate Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Strategic Supply Chain & Transport Analyst you have a degree with a focus on logistics, supply chain management or data analytics
- You possess professional experience in the field of strategic transport management or logistics network modelling
- Ideally you are experienced in the retail sector
- Your strong knowledge and interest of business intelligence tools is considered an asset (Tableau, Coupa)
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
- You possess business fluent English skills
- Conscientious, structured, and data-oriented describes your working style
- In addition of this, you bring strong communication and teamwork skills with you to the role

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 59.300*- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
