Expert for CAD/CAx Systems and Business Analyst (m/w/d)

• Ensure that our CAD/CAx servers run smoothly and efficiently, while also diving into business processes to uncover insights and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for application development and implementation.
• Provide training and support for CAD/CAx users and generate technical documentation and user guides.
• CAD/CAx Server Administration:
• Install, configure, and maintain CAD/CAx servers and related software.
• Monitor server performance and ensure system reliability and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CAD/CAx systems.
• Business Analysis:
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to CAD/CAx systems.
• Document business processes and requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement project objectives.

• HTL in Information Technology or similar and professional experience in administration of IT systems.
• Strong background in business analysis and proficiency with CAD/CAx software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and server management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in German and English.

For this position we offer a minimum payment of 57,600 EUR /year, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offered overpay.
